After your cooking lesson, stop by Seki Terrace, a store showcasing an astonishing variety of items of superb quality made in Seki, one of the world's three major cutlery production areas - from kitchen knives, to scissors, nail clippers, razors, and much more. A sharp knife of superior quality is a key to enhancing the flavor and texture of your food, so why not look for one to buy here, or learn to sharpen knives the traditional way through a hands-on lessons? 
For the PM course, your visit to Seki Terrace will be before your cooking class.

● Mr. Shuji Ozeki lived and worked in Sydney, Australia as a chef specializing in Japanese cuisine for 10 years. After returning to Japan, he has spent 26 years (and counting) teaching enthusiasts of Japanese food and professional chefs about the art of cooking Japanese dishes in fluent English both domestically and internationally, using his very own recipes written in English. A popular chef, his classes have had participants come from as many as 45 countries worldwide.
● Check out Seki Terrace, a store that sells cutlery made in Seki City - one of the world’s three major cutlery centers (along with Solingen in Germany and Sheffield in the UK). Discover your favorite cutlery piece, and try out the knife-sharpening activity available. The shop is a 5-minute car ride away, and your visit will be scheduled before or after your preparation and enjoyment of your delicious homecooked Japanese cuisine.
