Reservation Cancellation

Each product has a cancellation policy specifying the refund eligibility period. If you submit a cancellation request by the date specified in the cancellation policy, JTB will process a refund according to the policy, excluding any applicable handling fees.
If the service provider is unable to deliver the service for any reason, or if there is a suspicion that the failure to provide the service is attributable to JTB, an investigation will be promptly conducted, and a partial or full refund will be issued.
Refund requests made after the refund eligibility period specified in the cancellation policy cannot be processed, regardless of the reason. Thank you for your understanding.
